Glass Neon signs don't pop on their own as you implied, but due to tension or impact from somoene or something hitting against them. From there, due to improper installation and maintenance of your sign by your store staff (which we informed you of), other pieces were damaged. Although when we inititally shipped your sign to you, one of the pieces arrived damaged during transport, we replaced it free of charge. We would be more than happy to help you in finding an acceptable solution to resolve your issues but will not tolerate abuse and you would have to send us a message to customer service at the email Kind regards, Team Neon Icons We do, however, offer a 24 months warranty in case of a damaged sign due to a manufacturing fault or shipping damage. This is something that is made very clear on our site in the various policies and FAQs. Finally, we do not offer refunds as all our signs are made to order. We might have been able to explain that last point to you if you had taken the time to listen to us rather than simply abuse us in messenger. The sign, as indicated all over our website, comes with an app-controlled remote, which allows you to adjust the brightness, turn your sign on/off, and have it change between different modes from your phone. The missing question mark, while surprising and something that some people expect, is not considered a damage as the photos on the website show what the sign will look like very clearly. The sign "Why are we not having sex right now.", which is the sign you purchased, does not have a question mark. We still tried again and again to help you in messenger, but you just repeatedly abused us. First, you contacted us on messenger only and when we asked for you to send an email to our customer service for sorting the various issues you were pointing out to, you refused.
